2013年某院中药注射剂使用情况分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections in the hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational application and pharmaceutical administration. Methods The amount of medication, medication frequency defined daily dose ( DDDs ) , daily expense DDC and the amount of drug scheduling and DDDs sort ratio were given as the evaluation indexes. The ap-plication status of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections was analyzed in 2013. Results 55 varieties of Traditional Chinese medicine injections were used in the hospital in 2013, highest frequency was Shengmai Injection, the second was Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate In-jection and Safflower Injection. Chinese herbal cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs was in key position. The sort ratio of Xingnaojing Injection is No. 1, with its synchronization between economic benefits and social benefits tended to more reasonable. Conclusion The use of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections in the hospital is basically rational. However, the excessive use and high cost exist in some drugs. Diagnosis and treatment based on pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs should be strengthened in the clinic, as well as rational drug use.关键词
