摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction patients and its influence on high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP). Methods 90 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients from October 2012 to November 2014 were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,45 cases in the control group were given citicoline treatment,and 45 cases in the experimental group were given Butylphthalide Injection. Results The total effective rate of the experi-mental group was 93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05);after treatment,the NIHSS score after 14 d of treatment of the experiment group was (6. 82 ± 1. 22) points,which was significantly lower than (13. 32 ± 3. 29) points before treatment and the control group′s(9. 97 ± 1. 70)points after 14 d treatment;the hs-CRP level of the experiment group was(2. 72 ± 2. 92)mg/L,which was significantly lower than(6. 73+3. 97)mg/L before treatment and the (4. 61 ± 3. 51)mg/L of the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Butylphthalide Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction has significant efficacy,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,the inflammatory reaction is suppressed,promote nerve cell function recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
