谷红注射液对急性脑梗死40例临床评价
Guhong Injection for Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction in 40 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guhong Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The two groups were given basic treatment including anti-platelet aggregation,anti-hypertension,lipid-lowering,control of blood glucose. On this basis,the treatment group was added with Guhong Injection 20 mL dissolved in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL intravenously,1 time per day for 14 d. The NIHSS score,Glasgow coma score,index of hemorheology,90 d modified Rankin scale (MRS)score were observed before and after 14 d treatment. Results The NIHSS score,Glasgow coma score,index of hemorheology,and 90 d MRS score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Guhong Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction has clear and remarkably clinical effect.关键词
