摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Yangxue Qinnao Granules on blood rheology in patients with chronic cerebral cir-culation insufficiency. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given the same basic treatment,at the same time given nimodipine 20 mg,3 times a day. The treatment group was provided extra oral administration of Yangxue Qinnao Granule 4 g,3 times a day. Results After 2 months of treatment,symptoms and objective examination showed more significant improvement in the treatment group than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yangxue Qinnao Granules for the treatment of chronic cerebral circula-tion insufficiency is safe and effective,and can improve cerebral blood flow,reduce blood viscosity.关键词
