摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influences of Dangguisini Decoction combined with methotrexate on clinical symptoms and labo-ratory indexes of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital were divided into the study group and the control group according to the treatment methods,40 cases in each group. The control group was given methotrex-ate,while the study group was given Dangguisini Decoction combined with methotrexate. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97. 50%,which was significantly higher than 65. 00% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 );compared with the control group,the duration of morning stiffness,20 m walking time of the study group were significantly shorter ( P < 0. 05 ) ,the double grip strength was significantly higher ( P < 0. 05 ) ,the ESR,RF levels were significantly lower ( P < 0. 05 );the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Dangguisini Decoction combined with methotrexate can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of rheumatoid arthritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
