摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the contents of polysaccharides in Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) from different regions and provide a reference for looking for new cultivation. Methods The contents of polysaccharides in 10 samples were evaluated with D-glucose as standard material by Ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometry at 480 nm. Results The contents of polysaccharides in Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) from different regions had significant difference. The sample from Sanjiang city of Guangxi province was twice as large as Shanghang city of Fujian province. Conclusion According to the results of the contents of polysaccharides,the north of Guangxi province was the best origin of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle),and the sample from Nankang city of Jiangxi province also has higher contents of polysaccharides,the region can also be as a focus areas of cultivation of Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle)for further research.
