Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing plan for carbazochrome sodium sulfonate in pediatric abdominal op-eration hemostasis. Methods 86 cases of patients with abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the treat-ment group, 43 cases in each group. Two groups were treated by routine treatment, the treatment group used carbazochrome sodium sul-fonate ( Preoperative 30 min plus 0. 9% sodium chloride infusion ) , and intravenous drip 2 times/d, medication for 2 d. The control group used Phenloildine ( Preoperative 30min plus 0. 9% sodium chloride infusion ) , and intravenous drip 2 times/d, medication for 2 days. According to the postoperative pain, the children were given analgesics, and the perioperative period for children to develop targeted and personalized care programs. To observe and bleeding time, bleeding volume, bleeding volume, wild case and postoperative drainage rate of the children. The children were recorded before and after the operation of 24 h, blood routine, blood coagulation function of liver function and adverse reactions. Results Compared with the control group, the amount of bleeding ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) , bleeding volume per unit area and volume of drainage in the patients were less than those of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . The treatment group with the wild resolution compared with the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) , The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );Two groups of patients after 24h, blood coagulation index, the level of liver function index and preoperative no difference ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) , and there was no difference between the control group and the treatment group ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) , No obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Carbazochrome sodium sulfonate on pediatric abdominal surgery to stop bleeding effect is remarkable, effectively shorten the bleeding time, decrease the wound bleeding amount, unit area hemorrhage volume has postoperative drainage, improve the operative field definition and good safety, will not affect the function of coagulation formation postoperative thromboembolic, no obvious adverse reactions.关键词
