Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with western medicine in treatment of heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease and its effect on blood gas indexes and cardiac function. Methods 139 cases of pa-tients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 65 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine for treatment, 74 cases in the treatment group were given Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols on basis of conventional western medicine. To observe the therapeutic effect and changes of blood, heart function of two groups after 10 days of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 89%, the effective rate of the control group was 78. 46%, the two groups had a sig-nificant difference (χ2=5. 067 1, P=0. 024 4 ﹤ 0. 05 ); after treatment, PaO2, PaCO2, pH of the two groups were improved when com-pared with before treatment, and the treatment group improved more obviously than the control group after treatment, with significant dif-ference ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );after treatment, cardiac function of two groups were improved, the ratio ofⅠ,Ⅱphases of the treatment group had a significant difference with the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) , Ⅲ, Ⅳ grades were not significantly different ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with western medicine has a significant clinical efficacy in treatment of heart failure of chronic pul-monary heart disease, which can significantly improve heart function and blood gas index.关键词
