Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of ferulic acid in Diedahuoxue Tincture by HPLC. Methods The ODS2 C18 ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used as chromatographic column;acetonitrile-0. 085% phosphoric acid solution ( 17∶83 ) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 316 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The mass concentration of ferulic acid showed good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2. 835-567 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 99. 04%, RSD was 1. 77%( r=0. 999 8, n=9 );the content of ferulic acid in the 3 batches of samples were 0. 015%, 0. 018%, 0. 012%. Conclusion The established method can quickly determine the content of ferulic acid in Diedahuoxue Tincture, has the advantages of simple operation, accurate result, high sensitivity, and can be used for the quality control of Diedahuoxue Tincture.关键词
