摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of scutellarin in Yinhua Miyanling Tablets. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on the Kromasil-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid ( 15∶85 ) at the flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. The column temperature was 35℃. The detection wavelength was 335 nm. Results The injection volume of scutellarin showed good linearity with the peak area in the range of 0. 027-0. 216 μg ( r=1. 000 0 ) ,the average recovery rate was 97. 35%, RSD was 0. 56%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The established method is Simple, accurate and strongly specific with satisfactory separation results, which can be used for the quality control of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets.关键词
