摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the reversed phase ion-pair chromatography method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and phellodendrine chloride in Huangbaibawei Tablets. Methods The Agilent C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used. The mo-bile phase was acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid solution, adjusted to pH 4 with phosphoric acid, each 100 mL added sodium dodecyl sulfate 0. 2 g ( 65∶35 ) . The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 284 nm. Results The injection volume of berberine hydrochloride and phellodendrine chloride were in good linear relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 0. 204-1. 020 μg and 0. 506-2. 530 μg . The average recovery rates were 100. 18% and 99. 82%, and the RSD were 0. 14% and 0. 51% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, with good separation of the 2 components, which can be used as the quality control of Huangbaibawei Tablets.关键词
