摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote clinical rational drug safety by analyzing the adverse drug reactions caused by metoprolol. Methods A total of 16 metoprolol-induced ADR cases collected from domestic articles in 2000-2015 were analyzed statistically by bibliometric methods. Results The adverse reactions induced by metoprolol included bradycardia, atrial fibrillation, and joint pain in 2 cases re-spectively;supraventricular escape heart rate, sinus arrest, supraventricular tachycardia, QT prolongation, face and lower limbs edema, parox-ysmal headache, chest tightness aggravated, dry cough, hair loss, white hair, blurred vision and abdominal muscle pain each in 1 case re-spectively. Conclusion Physicians should pay more attention to patient safety after taking metoprolol, and should strengthen the mon-itoring of clinical medicine.关键词
