27例药源性低血糖临床特点分析及监护
Clinical Characteristics and Monitoring of 27 Cases of Drug-Induced Hypoglycemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics hospitalized patients due to drug- induced hypoglycemia and provide references for clinical practice. Methods The data of patients admitted to our endocrinology department due to drug-induced hypo-glycemia were collected from January 2010 to December 2014. Results A total of 27 patients with drug-induced hypoglycemia in hospital, including 21 cases of diabetes patients, 6 patients with non-diabetic, 16 cases of men and women in 11 cases, age 44-84, the average age ( 66 ± 13. 2 ) . As for the clinical manifestations of the hypoglycemia, 9 cases had hypoglycemia symptoms such as dizziness, palpitation, sweating, fatigue;18 patients with disturbance of consciousness characterized by unconsciousness, nonsense, grow weary of con-sciousness, coma. The blood suga checked when hypoglycemia onset was ≤3. 9 mmol/L, The lowest was 0. 9 mmol/L, the suspect drugs with the highest frequency is a sulfonylureas and insulin. Conclusion The hospitalization due to drug-induced hypoglycemia has more rapid onset with great harm, and the victim are mostly elderly patients. We should strengthen drug education, and prevent drug-induced hypoglycemia.关键词
