摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cost and efficacy of domestic iohexol and imported lopromidefor coronary arteriography using ap-plied pharmacoeconomics principles to select a safe, effective and economical reagent to reduce the cost of treatment. Methods A dou-ble-blinded randomized controlled test was conducted in 200 patients with coronary arteriography. They were divided into the routine coronary angiography iohexol group ( experimental group ) and iopromide group ( control group ) . The results were evaluated with cost-minimization analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis. Results There were no significant differences between the 2 contrast reagents on image contrast, dosage and adverse events rate( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Both reagents are effective and safe for coronary arteriography test;however the domestic reagent is more economical. It can replace the imported reagent to meet the requirement of improving medical quality at lower cost, maximize the economic benefits with limited health resources.关键词
