Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of pediatric medicine. Methods 1 842 pediatric outpatient prescriptions of the hospital were randomly selected, and with retrospective analysis, statistics were analyzed from the drug route of administration, dosage form, pharmacological effects, TCM combined with Western medicine. Results The oral route of administration was the main way in the hospital's pediatric medication; 64% of prescription drug dosage form adapted to the characteristics of children; the western medicine prescription mainly concentrated in the anti-viral, anti-infection, micronutrient supplementation aspect, which the Chinese patent medicine prescription mainly concentrated in promote digestion and relieving heat; the combination of TCM and western medicine ac-counted for 60%. Conclusion The Hospital's pediatric clinic drug use is reasonable, but there are also some unreasonable combination and repeated use. It is needed to strengthen the level of rational drug use monitoring, improve the level of rational drug use in pediatrics.关键词
