Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of insulin combined with nursing intervention in treating gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated by insulin in our hospital during the period from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomized into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( nursing intervention ) according to the random number method, 40 cases in group. The compliance behavior, blood glucose controlling, the standard time of blood glucose, and the com-plications of maternal and neonatal during the treatment period in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of compliance behavior was significantly increased and the levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glu-cose, insulin dosage and the standard time of blood glucose were obviously decreased in the observation group;the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications were significantly reduced in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nursing intervention can effec-tively control the blood glucose level for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus during the insulin treatment period, increase the patients' compliance to treatment, improve the maternal and neonatal outcomes.关键词
