摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of oral administration of imported clopidogrel and life quality for patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods 80 patients after coronary stent implantation received oral administra-tion of imported clopidogrel in the hospital during the period from January 2014 to September 2015 were randomized into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( nursing intervention ) according to the random number method. The incidence of postoperative complications, treatment compliance and life quality in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidences of postoperative complications such as cardiovascular events, coronary artery angiography, coronary restenosis were significantly reduced in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the patients' treatment compliance was obviously increased in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ); the patients' life quality after nursing was significantly improved in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of complications after coronary stent implantation, and improve the patients'treatment compliance for imported clopidogrel and life quality.关键词
