摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the efficacy of levofloxacin, omeprazole and doxycycline in treating Helicobacter pylori in-fection-associated peptic ulcer. Methods 136 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection associated peptic ulcer in the hospital were selected and divided into control group ( 68 cases ) and study group ( 68 cases ) according to different treatment. The control group was given treatment of amoxicillin+metronidazole+rabeprazole, and the study group was given treatment of levofloxacin 200 mg+doxycycline 100 mg+omeprazole 20 mg. The clinical efficacy, Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94. 12%, which was significantly higher than 72. 06% of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the Hp eradication rate of the study group was 88. 24%, which was significantly higher than 73. 53% of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the two groups had no severe adverse reactions during the treatment, and the main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions, the incident rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 4. 41% , which was significantly lower than 17. 65% of the the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The triple therapy of levofloxacin combined with omeprazole and doxycycline in treating Helicobacter pylori infection-associated peptic ulcer can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
