Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of medilac-vita, montmorillonite powder and yinzhihuang oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice .METHODS: 92 cases with neonatal jaundice admitted into Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou from Apr .2013 to Mar.2015 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table , with 46 cases in each .The control group mainly received blue light irradiation for basic treatment, while the observation group were additionally treated with medilac-vita, montmorillonite powder and yinzhihuang oral liquid .The clinical efficacy , changes of bilirubin and treatment time before and after treatment were compared between two group of patients .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group were 97.8%, significantly higher than that of control group 82.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total bilirubin level in observation group were (75.3 ±12.3) μmol/L, significantly lower than that in control group (98.8 ±19.2 ) μmol/L, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .And the treatment time of observation group was lower than that of control group [(4.7 ±1.3) d VS (7.8 ±2.5) d], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of medilac-vita, montmorillonite powder and yinzhihuang oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice is significant , which can effectively promote the decrease of bilirubin level . Meanwhile , this treatment regimen should be recommended for further promotion in clinical practice .关键词
