天然冰片、冰片和艾片的鉴别Δ
Identification of Borneolum,Borneolum Syntheticum and L-BorneolumΔ

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the identification method of borneolum , borneolum syntheticum and l-borneolum , and to provide reference for the quality control and rational application .METHODS:Method of macroscopy identification , thin-layer identification ,polarimetry and gas chromatography were used to identify borneolum ,borneolum syntheticum , l-borneolum .RESULTS:The medicinal properties of borneolum ,borneolum syntheticum and l-borneolum were similar , but the shape ,size and color had tiny differences .The thin-layer identification and gas chromatography of borneolum and l-borneolum was similar ,but there was a clear difference between these two and borneolum syntheticum . And specific rotation of the three has a bigger difference .CONCLUSIONS:The method of macroscopy identification , thin-layer identification,polarimetry and gas chromatography could distinguish borneolum ,borneolum syntheticum , l-borneolum ,and provide reference for the quality control and rational application .关键词
