Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the cross-section application and its rationality of antibiotics in Nanjing the Second Affiliated Hospital of Southeast University .METHODS: Cross-sectional study was used to investigate the application of antibiotics for all the inpatients in our hospital within one day .RESULTS: Of the 815 inpatients , the cross-section application rate of antibiotics was 17.00%( 136/815 ) , of which single-drug was 76.47%( 104/136 ) , two-drug was 19.12%( 26/136 ) and three-drug was 4.41%( 6/136 ) .Among the top 10 antibiotics ranked by defined daily dose system(DDDs), 3 were cephalosporins, 3were quinolones, 2 were β-Lactam +enzyme inhibitors, 1was aminoglycosides and 1 was antifungal drugs .CONCLUSIONS: The cross-sectional application of antibiotics in our hospital is basically rational , but the dose of antibiotics in geriatrics department and oncology department is too large and the administration time of prophylactic application of antibiotics is irrational; therefore , it is necessary to further strengthen the management in application of antibiotics .关键词
