摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and clinical effects of dendritic cells(DCs)co-cultured with cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK)combined with chemotherapy on patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Sixty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups randomly,33 pa?tients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with DC-CIK after four cycle chemo?therapy, while the patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy only. Tlymphocyte subtypes and serum tumor markers were compared between the two groups,The clinical effects were analysed and the safety was observed. Results The ratios of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood of the patients were increased after one month treatment(P＜0.05). The serum tumor marker CEA was found(11.36±2.62)ng/mL in the observation group, and(22.16±13.45)ng/mL in the control group after one month treatment. CEA in the observation group was decreased obviously as compared with the control group (P＜0.05).The objective re?sponse rate was 15.2%,and the disease control rate was 33.3%. Conclusion DC-CIK cells combined with chemotherapy can prolong the progression of advanced gastric cancer,by enhancing the autoimmune function, so as a safe and effective treatment.关键词
