Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment on pain release and life quality in patients with anorectal disease. Methods One huandred and twelve patients with anorectal disease were selected and divided into a combination group of Diosmin and Musk cream and a control group of Diosmin only according to the center, randomized, double blind, parallel controlled method. Fifty six patients were in each group. The curative effect, pain status and living conditions were analysized. Results The total efficien?cy in the combination group and the control group were 94.6%, 71.4% (P＜0.05), respectively. The VAS scores before and after treatment in the com?bined group were (6.4 ± 1.4) and (2.1 ± 0.5), respective?ly, while the ones before and after treatment in the control group were (6.3 ± 1.5) and (3.5 ± 0.7), repctively. The VAS scores before treatment in both groups were decreased, and differnce was statistically significant (P＜0.05) The life quality by the analysis of ADL scores were 89.4 ± 7.3 and 72.6 ± 5.9, respectively (P＜0.05). The inci?dence of adverse reactions was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of Diosmin and musk cream for the treatment of anorectal disease showed very significant effects on reducing pain and improving the quality of life.关键词
