2012-2014年某医院法定传染病住院患者回顾性分析

Abstract
Objective To review the distribution of hospitalized patients with notifiable infectious diseases of one hospital in recent three years, providing scientific evidence for the prevention of nosocomial outbreaks.Methods The data of infectious disease occurred in this hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2014, a total number of 480 cases of infectious diseases were reported, accounting for 10.42%, 54.17% and 35.41%, respectively, in which infectious diseases of category B was top the list (98.96%) and infectious diseases of category A was not found; the top three were 66.46% of hepatitis B in the list (319 cases), 14.17% of hepatitis C (68 cases), 5.00% of latent syphilis (24 cases). The sex ratio of male and female among inpatients with notifiable infectious diseases was 1.4∶1, and the inpatients aged ≥60 years had the highest incidence rate, and the occupation with relatively high incidence rate was farmer; No significant seasonal high-incidence; Local resident population was primary.Conclusions The composition of infectious diseases during the three-year was fluctuating in this hospital which should make greater efforts on monitoring and managing category B infectious diseases, especially hepatitis, syphilis and other blood and sexually transmitted diseases.关键词
