异维A酸联合中药与异维A酸单用治疗中重度痤疮的meta分析
A meta-analysis on treatment efficacy of isotretinoin plus traditional Chinese medicine versus isotretinoin for moderate to severe acne

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the treatment efficacy of isotretinoin plus traditional Chinese medicine versus isotretinoin for moderate to severe acne.Methods A review of randomized controlled trials with meta-analysis performed by searching databases of PubMed,Embase, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), China National Knowledge Infrastructurethe (CNKI), VIP database(VIP), Wan Fang Data, and Chinese biomedical literature database (SinoMed). Randomized controlled trials comparing isotretinoin plus traditional Chinese medicine and isotretinoin therapies in patients with moderate to severe acne were eligible for inclusion. Results Six trials were analyzed,involving 581 moderate to severe acne patients. Meta-analysis showed that compared with isotretinoin, isotretinoin plus traditional Chinese medicine was found to be superior for clinical effective rate in moderate to severe acne [relative risk (RR)=1.32, 95% confidence interval (CI)=(1.20, 1.44),P<0.05]. Recovery rate of isotretinoin plus traditional Chinese medicine in moderate to severe acne was higher than isotretinoin[RR=1.63,95%CI(1.36,1.97),P<0.05].Conclusions Isotretinoin plus traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than isotretinoin for treatment of patients with moderate to severe acne.关键词
