摘要
Abstract
Clinical data of an acute professional arsine poisoning incident in 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, to explore the clinical manifestations, and the changes of blood cell and biochemical criterion of patients with arsine poisoning combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) during the treatment process, with an aim of providing scientific evidence for successful treatment. During the early stage of acute arsine poisoning, especially patients combined with MODS should be treated earlier and continuously with blood purification, comprehensive treatment with large dose of hormone; and organ function protection is the key; during the therapeutic process, blood biochemical indexes should be closely monitored as the improvement of those indices hinted favorable prognosis.关键词
