Abstract
The development of regional marine economic performance determines its ability to achieve sustainability. Based on the model of SBM, the paper measures the static technical efficiency of regional marine economy from 1998 to 2013 in Chinaand decomposes the total factor productivity of the regional marine economy by the index of Malmquist-Luenberger. In the development of regional marine economy,the technical efficiency of coastal areas in China should be improved based on technological progress. In the meantime,the input on protection and governance of environment should be enhanced and there will be more output with the same input.关键词
