企业残疾人生存危机的社会生态系统理论分析--以贵州省G公司为例
Analysis of Existence Crisis of Persons with Disabilities in Corporations Basedon Social-Ecological Systems Theory---G Company in Guizhou Province as an Example
摘要
Abstract
This thesis researches the multi-environment system that causes the existence crisis of the disabled in coal enterprises,based on the society ecosystems theory.It is indicated that micro-environmentally speaking,the major performance oftheir existence crisiscomes from their weak awareness of communication,heavy dependency,the meso environmental lowwelfare,insufficient economic support as well as huge family burden and little community assistance. Macro-environmentally speaking, the crisis comes from the responsibility prevarication of related authority and the rejection of the masses by means of conversation and statistic analysis.This thesis aims at solving the existence crisis with three efficient countermeasures: to alleviate the crisis of survival of persons with disabilities in self-adjustment,to build a diversified social support system andto clean up the macro-social systems barriersinaspects ofmicro,meso and macro systems on the basis of society ecosystems theory.关键词
