网络环境下大学英语教师教学反思问题研究
The Current Problems of Teaching Reflection of University EFL Teachers in the Internet Environment

Abstract
Teaching reflection is a key factor in improving teaching quality and teachers’ professional development. This study collects data from 107 EFL teachers who come from eight provinces of China, through questionnaires and interviews. It proves that the Internet environment supports and promotes teaching reflection of EFL teachers in the aspects ofachieving the goals of increasing the reflection knowledge, enriching the reflection experience and strengthening the reflection control; the current problems of teaching reflection of EFL teachers in the Internet environment include the lack of sound privacy protection, friendly evaluation environment, effective administration andgood command of network technique.关键词
