Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation of cold -dampness syndrome treated by acupuncture combined with Shenzhuo decoction and its mechanism .Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group ,with thirty-five cases in each group .The ob-servation group was treated by acupuncture combined with Shenzhuo decoction ,and the control group was treated by Shenzhuo decoction .Seven days was taken as a course of treatment , and the observation included two cour-ses.Their VAS score,serum IL-6,serum TNF-αand the therapeutic effect were observed and analyzed com-paratively .Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 91 .43%, and there was statistical differ-ences compared with control group (P<0.05),and their VAS score,serum IL-6 and serum TNF-αwere de-creased after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group improved better than the control group ,and there was a statistical difference between them ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Shenzhuo decoction has an obviously therapeutic effect for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of cold -dampness syndrome ,and its mechanism might be related to the descent of serum IL -6 and serum TNF-α.关键词
