皮部浅刺结合五行音乐宫调疗法治疗63例兼症为心脾两虚郁证患者疗效观察
Curative Effects of Combining Cutaneous Needling with Five-elements Music on 63 Depressive Patients with Heart-spleen Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of combining cutaneous needling with five -ele-ments music High Mountain and Flowing Water on depressive patients with heart -spleen deficiency and the change of the positive emotions of patients before and after treatment and put forward the therapy .Methods:63 cases with common diseases in the acupuncture outpatient clinic were selected , including 20 patients with stroke , 27 patients with heumatism , 16 patients with insomnia , all of whom had clinical symptoms and signs of depressive syndrome accompanied by the symptom of heart -spleen deficiency .All the patients were treated by combining cutaneous needling with five -elements music and the treatment lasted half an hour each time for seven consecutive days as a treatment course .All patients received scale assessment such as the acceptance lev-el of acupuncture stimuli , VAS, PANAS, emotional regulation questionnaire and WHOQOL -BREF before treatment, after the first treatment and the treatment after seven days .At the same time, records of adverse e-vents were carried out .Results:All scale assessment of the patients after the first treatment and after the whole treatment course for seven days showed measurable improvements in the condition of patients ( all P<0.05 ) and all the comparative differences were of statistical significance .After treatment for seven days , with the eval-uation criteria of depressive syndrome , the total effective rate was 84.1%(53/63).Conclusion:Combining cu-taneous needling with five -elements music can not only enhance the acceptance level of acupuncture stimuli and alleviate pain caused by acupuncture for depressive patients with heart -spleen deficiency accompanied by stroke , heumatism and insomnia ,but also can raise the positive emotions and reduce negative emotions of pa-tients.Thus, the patients can gradually release their emotions through emotion regulation habits and achieve both physical and mental improvement with regard to the determination of life quality ,which is effective for reha-bilitation.关键词
