围剿推拿疗法治疗脑卒中后睡眠倒错的临床疗效分析
Curative Effect on Stroke Patients with Perversion of Sleep by the Encircle and Suppress Massage Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe cerebral apoplexy patients with the perversion of sleep by encircle and sup -press massage therapy according to their sleep quality and time at night , to evaluate its clinical efficacy .Meth-ods:60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group .There were 30 cases in each group .The treatment group was on the basis of conventional treatment and was added with the encircle and sup -press massage treatment .The control group was treated by estazolam oral treatment , 7 days as a course , a total of four courses of treatment .One week after treatment , determinate the Athens sleep quality scale and proporte the sleep time at night .Results:Compared with the control group ,in the treatment group the therapy could sig-nificantly improve the patient's sleep quality index and sleep time ratio at night (P<0.05).Conclusion:The en-circle and suppress massage therapy can improve the sleep quality with perversion of sleep after stroke and im -prove patients'sleep time ratio at night .It can correct the perversion of sleep rhythm for patients .关键词
