六泉穴解惑刺法配合运动想象疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效观察
Liuquan Jiehuo Acupuncture Combined with Motor Imagery in the Treatment of Dysphagia after Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore Liuquan Jiehuo needling combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients with dysphagia after the clinical efficacy of imagination .Methods:62 patients with dys-phagia after stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group ,with 32 cases in the treat-ment group and 30 cases in the control group .The treatment group was with Liuquan Jiehuo acupuncture com-bined with motor imagery therapy ,while the control group received routine neurological therapy combined with swallowing rehabilitation training , with continuous treatment for 30 days and then with Watian drinking water test, video swallowing angiography score changes in situation assessment .Results:In two groups after treatment Watian drinking water test method and VFSS integral had significant differences ( P<0 .05 ) .In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.88%,while in the control group the total efficiency was 73.33%,and the difference between two groups had a statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Liuquan Jiehuo acupunc-ture combined with motor imagery therapy in the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke dysphagia is better than neurology conventional treatment combined with swallowing rehabilitation training .关键词
