Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Tianrong ( SI17 ) on dysphagia .Meth-ods:Fifty dysphagia patients were randomized into two groups by the SAS statistical software , with 25 in each group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at Tianrong (SI17), Lianquan(RN23),Waijinjin and Yuye, while the control group was treated by rehabilitation training .The efficacy was assessed by the standard-ized Swallowing Assessment and Kubota water drinking test .Results:The differences of SSA and Kubota water drinking test between two groups after treatment were statistically significant .The total effective rate was 88%in the treatment group , versus 80% in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:Acupuncture at Tianrong ( SI17 ) ,Lianquan ( RN23 ) ,Waijinjin and Yuye can have a higher compositive efficacy than rehabilitation training for treating dysphagia .关键词
