电针干预对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵的疗效观察
Clinical Research of Electroacupuncture Treatment for Inducing Ovulation of Polycystic Ovary Infertility

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of telectroacupuncure combined with clomiphene citrate for o-vulation induction of poly cystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS) patients.Methods:After a basic treatment of medicine Diane-35 ,63 patients with PCOS were divided into two groups randomly , and each group had 36 cases: pa-tients of one group were treated by electroacupuncture combined with clomiphene citrate , and others were trea-ted by clomiphene citrate .Clinical symptoms of hyperrandrogenism and altrasonography examination of ovena-tion were measured before and after treatment .A comparison was made and the therapeutic effect was evalua-ted .Results:There were significant differences in clinical symptoms of hyperrandrogenism before and after treat-ment among the patients ,and the group with electroacupuncture was better than the one without .Altrasonogra-phy examination of ovenation of the patients who were treated by electroacupuncture was much better than those without .The rate of gestation in telectroacupuncure group was higher than that without telectroacupuncure treat -ment.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with clomiphene citrate is better than clomiphene citrate in o-vulation induction and gestation for treating PCOS .关键词
