“筋骨调衡”手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Treating CSA by“Jingjin and Bone Balance-regulating” Manipulation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Jingjin and Bone balance -regulating” manipulation on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type .Methods:The treatment group ( n=30 ) was treated by Jingjin relaxation and chiropractic therapy and the control group was treated by traditional Tuina therapy ( n=30 ) .The clinical efficacy score of symptoms and functional rating scale of CSA and vertebral artery TCD were observed and compared between two groups .Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly high-er than that in the control group ( P<0 .05 );there was a statistically significant difference according to the score of symptoms of vertigo and headache within group comparison after one treatment course ( P<0.01);there was a statistically significant difference according to the score of symptoms of vertigo and headache between two groups after one treatment course ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:“Jingjin and Bone Balance -regulating”manipulation is ef-fective to treat CSA ,and it is worth clinical promotion .关键词
