失眠症电针治疗参数的文献分析
Document Analysis on Parameters of Electrical Acupuncture Treatment for Insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize parameter schemes on electrical acupuncture treatment for insomnia so as to provide clinical references .Methods:The computer and manual searching method was used to retrieve rele-vant documents in KI , Wanfang Database , VIP, CBM and PubMed , and obtain distribution information on e-lectrical acupuncture apparatus models , wave forms, frequency, wave width, voltage, stimulus intensity, stim-ulus intensity , acupoint stimulation , stimulus time and treatment time .Results:Based on the included 124 pa-pers and metrology methods ,the parameter scheme on electrical acupuncture treatment for insomnia was conclu-ded as follows: stimulation at Baihui , Sishencong , Shenmen and Anmian acupoints according to the patients'tolerance for 20 times, each for 20~30 min, with G6805 electrical acupuncture apparatus and the following pa-rameters:wave width:0.35~0.65 ms;voltage:≤6 V;continuous wave: <30 Hz.Conclusion:Data on clini-cal tests are insufficient with selection of many parameters from physicians ’ personnel experience .Therefore , clinical test quality and test design stringency need to be improved .Randomized controlled trials with multi-center and large samples for relevant parameters and studies on mechanism of electrical acupuncture treatment for insomnia should be performed .关键词
