高脂饮食促进结直肠癌发生机制的研究进展
Research Progress of the Mechanisms of High Fat Diet Induced Colorectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors. It has been the third most frequently diagnosed cancer in China. Yet, the etiology of CRC is complex, including genetics and environmental factors, and the latter aspect is significantly as-sociated with the fast pace western life style. High fat diet increases the risk of CRC in many ways, including influencing bile acid metabo-lism, changing intestinal permeability, innate immunity and gut microbiota, as well as inducing low grade inflammation. In this article, we summarized the recent advances in the mechanisms of how high fat diet promotes CRC.关键词
