c-Fos在低级别胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义
The Expression of c-Fos in Low Grade Glioma and Its Clinical Significance

Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of proto-oncogene c-Fos in human low grade glioma and analyze its clini-cal significance. Methods Thirty-six paraffin embedded specimens of low grade glioma were investigated by SP immuno-histochemical method to observe the localization and expression of c-Fos. And the relationships between c-Fos and clinical factors were analyzed. Survival curves were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. Results The expression of c-Fos was not significantly correlated to the sex, age, WHO grade, KPS score and resection status of gliomas (P﹥0.05). The mean overall survival time of high expression group and low expression group were respectively 52.9 months and 82.3 months for low grade gliomas (P=0.027). Conclusion Proto-oncogenes c-Fos could be a molecular marker of poor prognosis in low grade gliomas.关键词
