摘要

Abstract

Although planetary gear transmission has been widely applied, it breaks down very often so that a fault diagnosis and prediction mechanism is necessary. In this paper, a flexible-rigid coupled model for a marine planetary gear transmission system was established to simulate different function faults. The fault information extracted from the model shows that the fault gathers system energy around the main peak and results in sideband shift. Different fault has a different modulation. The results can guide the operation of planetary gear transmission.
