Abstract
The powertrain mount system is one of the automobile vibration subsystems, which influence the vehicle’s NVH performance greatly. In this paper, a domestic SUV mount system was studied based on the idea of energy decoupling method. The Isight integrated Adams was applied to optimize the initial stiffness of the mount system. After the optimization, the vertical decoupling rate and the around-crank decoupling rate were raised from 52.2%to 90.3%and from 45.9%to 84.5%respectively. Meanwhile, the decoupling rates in the other four directions were all larger than 85%. Then, testing for vibration isolation rate measurement for the automobile’s mounted OTS sample was conducted. The results show that the vibration isolation rate can essentially meet the requirement. The resonant phenomena of the system and the other components were detected. This work has provided an important guidance for research and development of vehicles.关键词
