Pathogen Identification of Gentiana crassicaulis Leaf Spot in Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To identify the pathogen of Gentiana crassicaulis leaf spot in Yunnan province.Methods:The pathogen was isolated from leaf spot of G.crasicaulis with Potato Dextrose Agar medium,tested and verified with Koch's postulates,and identified Based on morphological and ITS DNA sequence.Results: The pathogen was identified as S.microspora.Conclusion:S.microspora is the pathogen of G.crasicaulis leaf spot.关键词
