Identification of Alkaloids in Macleaya cordata Stems Based on Mass Fragmentation Rules of Isoquinoline Alkaloids
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study alkaloids in stem of Macleaya cordata.Methods:The methanol extract of M.cordata stem was analyzed with High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Quardrupole /Time of Flight-Mass spectrometry,alkaloids was identified by the molecular ions of mass spectrometry and the fragment ions of MS /MS spectrometry combined with mass fragmentation rules of isoquinoline alkaloids.Results: 11 alkaloids were elucidated, which were magnocurarine (1 ), reticuline(2 ),scourlerine (3 ),cyclanoline (4 ),13-methoxyberberine (5 ),tetrahydropalmatine (6 ),protopine (7 ), allocryptopine(8),N-methylcanadine(9),sanguinarine(10),chelerythrine(11),compounds 1-6 and 9 were reported in M.cordata for the first time.Conclusion:The method to identify alkaloids in M.cordata stems based on mass fragmentation rules of isoquinoline alkaloids is feasible.关键词
