Flavonoids from Flowers of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.

Abstract
Objective:To study the flavonoids constituents of the flowersof Paeonia suffruticosa.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods,and the structures were elucidated on the basis of MS,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR spectral analysis.Results:Nine flavonoids were isolated and their structures were elucidated as chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1 ), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2 ), dihydrokaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3 ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4 ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-neospheroside (5 ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),apigenin(8),kaempferol(9).Conclusion:Compounds 1, 3,5 and 7 were obtained from this genus for the first time.关键词
