侧柏叶乌发活性成分探究
Studies on Characteristic of Hair Blacking Ingredient in Cacumen Playcladi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the main chemical compositions of Cacumen Platycladieffect on tyrosinase activity,so as to determine the Cacumen Platycladiufa role of effective component.Methods:Volatile oil,flavonoids,tannins and resin were extracted from Cacumen Platycladiis,tyrosinase activity was measured by the rate of mushroom tyrosinase oxidation method in vitro.Results:The volatile oil,the tannins were characterized by mild inhibitory effect,and inhibition of flavonoids was stronger,resin showed stimulating effect.Conclusion:The hair blacking role of Cacumen Platycladi,may be due to the resin.关键词
