金银花中抗炎活性成分獐牙菜苷和獐牙菜苦苷定量方法的研究
Quantitative Determination of Sweroside and Swertiamarin in Lonicerae Flos
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a quantitative determination method for sweroside and swertiamarin in Lonicerae Flos.Methods:UPLC was applied for the study.Results: The injection amount of sweroside (6.85-548.00 ng )and swertiamarin(64.50-1032.00 ng)had a good linear relationship with the peak area and standard curve regression equations were calculated as is for Y =4955347X -21311 (r =0.9994 )and Y =1596561X -24132 (r =0.9999 ), respectively.Conclusion:The established quantitative method is rapid, simple and reliable, can be used for the determination of sweroside and swertiamarin in Lonicerae Flos.关键词
