欧李扦插苗质量分级标准研究
Research of Classification Criteria of Prunus humilis Cutting Seedling
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish cutting seedling classification criteria of Prunus humilis,and lay the foundation for P.humilis medicinal materials standardization production.Methods:Thirty batches of P.humilis cutting seedlings collected from varied producing area of Xin,an County were selected as testing materials,height of plant,diameter of ground,number of branches,length of taproot,diameter of taproot,number of lateral root were determined and the grading standard were systemically analyzed by Excel 2010 and Spss 19.0.Results:The criteria of the l st-grade cutting seedlings were as follows:height of plant above 52 cm,diameter of ground above 5.0 mm,number of branches above 2.9.The criteria of the 2nd-grade cutting seedlings were as follows:height of plant between 15 and 52 cm,diameter of ground between 3.3 and 5.0 mm, number of branches between 1.5 and 2.9.The criteria of the 3rd-grade cutting seedlings were as follows:height of plant under 15 cm,diameter of ground under 3.3 mm,number of branches under 1.5.Conclusion:The cutting seedling classification criteria of P.humilis was scientific and feasible,and can be used for the quality control standard of P.humilis in Xin'an County.关键词
