菊花破壁饮片的HPLC指纹图谱研究
Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Cell Wall-Broken Decoction Pieces of Chrysanthemi Flos
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Cell Wall-Broken Decoction Pieces of Chrysanthemi Flos, and analyze the relativity between its decoction pieces,broken powder and broken particle,helping to evaluate its quality comprehensively.Methods:RP-HPLC method was performed on an Agilent C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile-aqueous solution containing 0.5% phosphoric acid.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃,while the detective wavelength was set at 348 nm.Results:The chromatographic fingerprint common pattern was established.Fifteen mutual peaks were obtained from the chromatograms of eleven batches of samples.Conclusion:The method with good reproducibility is reliable and stable,which is feasible for quality control of cell wall-broken decoction pieces of Chrysanthemi Flos.关键词
