摘要
Abstract
The safflower see d oil is widely used as high-quality edible oil and has industrially developed.Studies have shown that safflower seed oil is not only beneficial to human body but also contains a variety of ingredients,such as linoleic acid, linolenic acid,vitamin E,oleic acid,lecithin,and has anti-inflammatory,hypolipidemic,weight loss,anti-aging variety of pharmacological activities.The present paper reviewed major constituents,pharmacological effects,applications of safflower oil aiming at the current application prospects and providing references for further utilization of safflower seed resource.关键词
