Determination of Absorbed Constituents in Blood after Taking Oviductus Ranae Capsules in Rats by HPLC-ESI-MSn
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the bioactive constituents of Oviductus Ranae Capsules determined by its serum pharma-cochemistry research method .Methods:Blood samples were collected from the fossa orbitalis vein at 1 hour after single oral administration of Oviductus Ranae Capsules .The HPLC-ESI-MSn was used to determine the absorbed constitu-ents in blood .Results:Thirteen compounds absorbed into blood were detected .Conclusion:The thirteen constituents ab-sorbed in blood might be the bioactive components of Oviductus Ranae Capsules after oral administration .Further studies would be useful to clarify the bioactive constituents and mechanisms of action of Oviductus Ranae Capsules .关键词
